1) Import tariff or other taxes are not included in item price or shipping charges. If you have any questions, please check with your local Customs before ordering. Please inform us if you have any special requirements on shipping declaration.
2) Items are shipped to the order address. Please make sure that you leave all the receiver’s information(complete address, full name and contact number) correctly.
If your email address is available, you will get emails of information to confirm address before shipment and update tracking number upon shipment.
If you want to change address, please contact us within one day. We are not responsible for wrong/undeliverable address.
Return and Warranty
1) All items are tested and in good condition before shipment.
2) If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us for replacement or refund upon your receipt of item.
3) For any personal reasons(non-seller’s mistake) returning of refund, please contact us within 14 days. The returned items must be in original condition, and return shipping fee should be at buyer’s cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Buyers are responsible for damages and losses during returning. If items are damaged when they are returned, buyers will not get a full refund.
4) We provide three-month maintenance. Defective items within warranty period can be returned. Buyers should bear the shipping cost. Please contact us for returning address. We will repair or exchange them ASAP.
5) Warranty does not cover items that are physically damaged or that are NOT under normal operation such as misuse and improper installation.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
