When you explore our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Part 2 – approval
How do you get my approval?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange shipment or return a purchase, we certify that you agree to our collection and use it only for some reason.
If we request your personal information for secondary reasons, such as marketing, we will ask you directly to state your agreement, or give you the opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my approval?
If after you participate, you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the ongoing collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at [email protected]
Section 3 – disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
All direct payment gateways comply with standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the safe handling of credit card information by our stores and service providers.
Section 4 – third party services
In general, third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to do the services they provide us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in connection with the information we are required to provide them for transactions related to your purchase.
For these service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by this provider.
In particular, remember that certain service providers may be located in or have facilities located in different jurisdictions than you or us. So if you choose to proceed with transactions involving services from third-party service providers, then your information may be subject to the law of the jurisdiction (s) where the service provider or facility is located.
For example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used in completing the transaction may be subject to disclosure under US law, including the Patriot Act.
Section 5 – security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that they are not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, changed, or improperly destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although there is no 100% safe method of Internet transmission or electronic storage, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional industry standards that are generally accepted.
