All orders can be canceled until they are sent. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. After the packaging and shipping process begins, it cannot be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or retransmission of the product ordered if:
- You do not receive it within the guaranteed time (45 days does not include processing 2-5 days))
- You received the wrong item
- You do not want the product you receive (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must not be used)
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order does not come due to factors in your control (eg giving a wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not come due to extraordinary circumstances beyond Wanabud.com’s control (for example not cleared by customs, delayed due to natural disasters).
